Our requirements:
* graduate of university studies
* Good PC skills, Excel, data bases
* Fluent English (a second language is an advantage)
* experience in customer service related activities (i.e. call center; the experience in tourism activities is an advantage but not mandatory)
Your responsibilities:
* You will be helping guests find the right accommodations to fit their needs, suggesting different packages or amenities that the facility offers and asking questions to help determine what the client needs
* You will be processing various reservation inquiries for the hotel chain and operate accordingly in the hotel reservation system, also confirming by phone/email/fax all the operations.
