We expect you to have:

A bachelor's degree or a master’s degree in a technical field
1+ years software development experience
Proven ability in at least one object-oriented language (C++ and C# are preferred)
The willingness to learn new languages, techniques and algorithms
The ability to engage productively with product owners - scientists and domain experts from various backgrounds
Strong communication skills and a pragmatic attitude
For this specific position you will need to:

Evaluate and choose the technologies best suited to a project
Design, implement and test your code
Adopt the Agile way of working
Deliver features that matter to customers - "build the right thing right"
Work with product owners to define product direction
In addition, we expect you to:

Work on-site in the Netherlands for the first few weeks in the team
Have the ability to organize and work independently
Be able to work in an effective and quality-oriented way
Have the ability to write, speak and understand English
