For out client, we are looking for the right candidates who meet as many of the following requirements:
- Minimum 2 years management assistance / administrative experience;
- Very good PC skills (MS Office, databases, Internet);
- Excellent communication (both verbally and written) and interpersonal skills ;
- Good organizational skills, detail oriented, with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills;
- English (verbal and written);
- Reliability and discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as dedicated executive assistant to the Partner;
- Provide a comprehensive and confidential secretarial service including word documents editing and formatting, data processing and different reports;
- Travel arrangements (flight tickets, hotel reservation, taxi, meeting rooms, registration);
- Updating information in various databases & preparing extracts of information;
- Liaison with the internal support functions (IT, HR, financial, legal, marketing, office management);
- Follow up on risk issues and assist the engagement teams through risk assessment process;
- Conducting conflict and independence checks for new engagements, liaise with various teams and responsible partners worldwide;
- Representing the main contact with onsite teams of consultants by maintaining a constant communication (keeping track of working hours, holiday planning, timesheets etc.) and with the local team
- Primary accounting : ensure the correctness of invoices, verify data accuracy, process monthly/annual income reports
- Assisting in the preparation of contracts and addenda
- Act as a support in all required issues.
