Autodesk Sales Engineer participates in all phases of the sales cycle to demonstrate how Autodesk solutions help customers address issues and achieve business goals. The Autodesk Sales Engineer recommends solutions based on his industry / product knowledge, and business acumen. The candidate thoroughly understands the capabilities of the Autodesk solutions and the business benefits customers can realize by implementing those solutions.

An Autodesk Sales Engineer functions as a trusted advisor to the customer. His/Her duties and responsibilities are:

- Identifies new business opportunities for the company and develops active sales approach via phone, email and meetings with prospects
- Conducts assessments of customer's business processes and matches solutions to meet their needs.
- Initiates proactively new business contacts and keeps track of all the activities through the internal CRM system
- Partners with Autodesk representatives and distributors by providing customer facing presentations and product demonstration - live, or via Web-delivery mechanism - in order to generate sales and meet revenue objectives
- Designs the sales proposals and offers, based on the Radient’s discount policies, in accordance with the standard response time and the terms agreed with the Sales Manager
- Controls the entire sales cycle from the concept to the delivery (client meetings, proposals and solution development) acting permanently as an interface between the client and the delivery process
- Possess an excellent knowledge of all the products, services and solutions in Radient’s portfolio
- Maintains the relationship with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction on the company services
- Becomes proactive in local and national industry related user groups
- Reports on a monthly basis to the Sales Manager regarding the business development strategy and objectives
- Achieves the monthly sales and meetings targets, provides solid feedback regarding the solutions offered by the company and reports the possible competition present on-site
- Complies with the organisational procedures, policies and branding
