Skills. You will need to show:
•good design and drawing skills to demonstrate your flair for architecture;
•the ability to think and create in three dimensions;
•the main software used are AutoCAD (rebranding projects) and Revit, and for both we offer internal training;
•analytical skills, accuracy and attention to details;
•an advantage is knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM);
•communication skills, both written and spoken English, with the ability to interact effectively with a range of other professionals;
•good organizational skills;
•strong teamwork skills;
•an understanding about the relationship between people, buildings and the wider environment;
•a good understanding of construction processes.



Descrierea jobului
In Iasi Arcadis Office we are focused more on the technical design and implementation phase of the projects.
We provide details and execution files for new buildings, extensions or alterations to existing buildings and advise on the restoration and conservation of old properties.
We can work on individual buildings or on large redevelopment schemes, surrounding landscape and spaces or implementation of brand design.

Working closely with teams from other Arcadis Offices, we make sure that projected designs match requirements and are functional, safe and economical.
We are looking for both architects with 3D modelling experience, BIM modeling, architectural detailing and interior design architects for architectural rebranding projects.

Main types of architects: •building architects;
•interior design architects;
•landscape architect (with building or interior design experience).

Main Responsibilities. As an architect, you will need to: •consult with other professionals about design and design implementation;
•use IT in design and project management, specifically using computer-aided design software;
•keep within hourly budgets and deadlines;
•produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications;
•implement knowledge about the nature and quality of materials required;
•prepare tender applications and presentations;
•control a project/task from start to finish;
•resolve problems and issues that arise during any phase of a project;
•be aware that the environmental impact of the project is managed.
