Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced level of English language. German is a plus
Advanced knowledge of MS Office package, in particular, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Experience in working with figures
Experience in creating reports and presentations. Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, and / or HTML is a plus
Good planning and organizing skills. Capacity to meet specific deadlines and prioritize.
Proactive and able to work under pressure
Socrate /ERP System knowledge it would be an advantage
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Ensures confidentiality and integrity in accordance with company policy
Able to handle interruptions, continuous change and shifting priorities
Anticipate the executive’s needs
Have confidence to take independent action (work with little to no supervision)
At least 2 years of professional experience in similar activities. Previous experience in an administrative role is considered a plus.
University degree in administration/ management/ foreign languages sections
Driving licence - Category B

Among key responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients and provide general support to visitors
Provides operational and administrative support for the Company’s Management
Answer and direct phone calls
Supervise mail receiving, recording, sorting and delivering, as well as the sending mail activity, works out the external correspondence
Ensure translation of documents/ materials whenever required
Organize meetings, dinners or other events; arrange hotel accommodations and transportation for both visitors and Company’s employees
Participate in organizing employees events with HR department (teambuilding, Christmas party etc)
Prepare presentations, agenda, charts, handouts and take detailed minutes
Issues requisitions and reports as required by the Company’s Management
Maintains, seeks and negotiates the best conditions for the Company concerning specific suppliers (stationery, transport, catering, accommodation, travel agencies, protocol / marketing materials)
Proofread, review, edit marketing materials and web content, with focus on accurate grammar, composition as well as strategic communications
Ensure a proper availability of office supplies
Work extra hours when necessary
